All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving, and are shipped Monday-Friday. PRISCAVera is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs associated with international orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed and full price merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the order. All items purchased with the welcome discount are eligible for exchange, and all exchanges are subject to approval.

Customers who purchased Checkout+ at checkout will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. Customers who did not purchase Checkout+ will be provided a return shipping label, but are responsible for the cost.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on items within 14 days of purchase that are unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. All items purchased with the welcome discount are eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CHECKOUT+ COVERAGE
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides free return shipping for your order.
- Free Return Shipping: If you need to return or exchange an item, your return shipping label is covered at no additional cost.
- Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in refund amounts.
- Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
