We are happy to exchange unworn, unwashed and full price merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the order. Welcome discounts for newsletter members are exempt from this policy. We will be happy to accept returns on items within 14 days of purchase that are unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase that indicates the item was purchased at full price. Sender is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we kindly request using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot guarantee the return of items that we do not receive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
