SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving, and are shipped Monday-Friday.  PRISCAVera is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs associated with international orders.

All sale items are final sale but can either be exchanged or returned for store credit.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise sold at full price  within 14 days of receipt of the order. Sender is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, and all exchanges are subject to approval. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team at info@priscavera.com.


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on items within 14 days of purchase that are unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase that indicates the item was purchased at full price. Sender is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we kindly request using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot guarantee the return of items that we do not receive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
